A recently formed Private Equity owner Global Defence Manufacturer was struggling to close its period end accounts, with year end forming Dragon was asked to validate the SAP solution design and identify the process and data issues blighting the period end close.

Within two weeks we had completed a full solution review and full end to end month in the life of operational test.

We rapidly identified and developed a remediation plan to close out the issues impacting the holistic operating model and helped carry out a successful period end 11 close and year end.
