We recently helped a large public sector organisation assure and stabilise its failing cloud ERP transformation programme. Impacting all mission critical services including adult and youth care, and burning the councils reserve fund, we were able to provide a fully costed recovery plan and delivery model with ongoing assurance provided at key points in the programme.
