A National Rail Operator, moving 20 operating companies to a new SAP S/4HANA RISE target operating model encompassing finance and plant maintenance was struggling to maintain momentum and hit key delivery milestones.

Dragon carried out a rapid SAP delivery and solution and assurance review and within 3 weeks was able to identify the necessary areas of improvement to re-calibrate the programme and deliver their expected outcomes.

Dragon subsequently went on to provide delivery and design leadership, restructure the programme and successfully deliver a low risk cutover and transition into BAU.
